A post not about the wedding

Today, I took a break from planning. I know Keigo got us a planner to help out, but I've always liked to help with things. I'm sure I've been driving the poor planner to distraction. So instead of doing that, today I took a nice walk outside. Then I went to a local book store. There was a new children's book I wanted to get in the series I have been reading to my daycare before their naptime. It's a really cute story about a dinosaur called "Marvin" and his misadventures and all his dinosaur friends.

Maybe after we're done with the series, I'll take the children to a museum and let them see real dinosaurs. I haven't known a child under the age of 7 that doesn't like dinosaurs.

Usu. Dinosaurs. Almost all little children love dinosaurs. I loved the ankylosaurus when I was little. And the triceratops. I wonder what my little students' favorites will be.

And the garden is growing very well. The flowers are already budding and some of the seed plants are sprouting out of the ground. Kaede-chan already has named some of the little bean sprouts and Hiroshi-kun sits by the tomatoes every day because they have little yellow flowers on them. He wants to know when they'll be tomatoes. And the strawberries are just about ripe.

Ah, so that's where you went off to. Arashi came to practice today talking about that book, she checked out a copy from the library at school to read to us later.

Walks always help me clear my mind from distractions and problems. Also, talking to complete strangers does that for me too.

And actually, I believe that An wasn't too fond of dinosaurs, but I honestly don't remember very well. I was only eight.

And I think I did. I'm pretty sure I have a huge poster of every single one with their names and possibly meanings. I do remember watching Jurassic Park and liking it.

I was. I don't know if you remember, but way back in Junior high, Keigo threw a party to cheer me up because my sister was leaving. After that party, I went to the wedding and now I have a nephew and a niece on the way.
